Cookies
Cookies are text files that are placed by a client server onto the browser of a visitor to a Web site. These files are generally harmless to your computer, and can store navigation information as you move about a Web site. Generally, cookies do not provide PII about the individual who is using the computer (only the computer used to access the Web through what is known as the IP address).
Cookies can perform many important and useful functions: they help Web site owners determine which sections of their sites are more appealing to their visitors; they help speed the Web experience by eliminating the need to enter user names and passwords constantly; they help advertisers avoid repeatedly serving the same ads to the same visitor; and they help advertisers learn which advertisements are of interest to visitors.

Please note that these Web sites' privacy policies may differ from those of KRKO. We encourage you to review and understand their privacy practices before providing them with information.
Data Sharing/Transfer
We share with third parties aggregated, non-personal information (which does not identify you individually), such as the number of users who viewed or clicked on a particular advertisement.
We share data with vendors fulfilling specific functions or providing services on our behalf. These vendors are contractually required to use the data only on our behalf and not for any other purposes.
We may share your personal information with third parties to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process; to protect, establish or exercise our legal rights; or to defend against legal claims, based on our judgment and in such circumstances where disclosure is required or appropriate. In addition, we may share your personal information with third parties if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.
