1. How to enter the contest.

2. Eligibility Restrictions
a. Employees of Fox Sports 1380, Skotdal Real Estate, participating sponsors or promotional partners, other radio stations and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.

b. Listeners and anyone in their immediate family household are eligible to win a KRKO contest only once every sixty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.

c. Listeners or members of their immediate family are eligible to win a prize valued at $500.00 or more only once every six months.

d. Must be at least 21 years of age.

3. Prizes

a. All prizes may be picked up at the offices of KRKO at 2707 Colby Ave Suite 1380, Everett, WA 98201. Prizes may be claimed during regular office hours. Winner may choose to have prize mailed and will grant prior consent and assumes risk of its safe arrival. KRKO is not responsible for the safe arrival of the prize(s) of certificate.


4. Selection of Winners
a. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.
b. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of contestants for specific contest.

8. No Purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.

9. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in the disqualification of a contestant.
