1. How to enter the contest.
a. Contest runs through dates specified for each contest.

b. To be eligible, listener must fulfill requirements stated in specific contest rules for the contest. Unless otherwise noted, listener must be at least 18 years old to participate.

2. Eligibility Restrictions
a. Employees of NorthSound 1380, Skotdal Real Estate, participating sponsors or promotional partners, other radio stations and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.

b. Listeners and anyone in their immediate family household are eligible to win a KRKO contest only once every sixty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.

c. Listeners or members of their immediate family are eligible to win a prize valued at $500.00 or more only once every six months.

3. Prizes
a. Prize is as specified in specific contest rules. Prize values vary from contest to contest. Please note as specified for specific contest.

b. Prizes can be won during dates for specific contest.

c. All prizes may be picked up at the offices of KRKO at 2707 Colby Ave Suite 1380, Everett, WA 98201. Prizes may be claimed during regular office hours. Winner may choose to have prize mailed and will grant prior consent and assumes risk of its safe arrival. KRKO is not responsible for the safe arrival of the prize of certificate. Any prize or certificate not claimed within 30 days of winning will be forfeited by the winner.

d. Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. In the event that a prize is date specific and the event is cancelled or changed, winners will not be compensated with a separate prize of equal or lesser value.

4. Selection of Winners
a. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.
b. Odds of winning are dependant on the number of contestants for specific contest.

5. Conditions
a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent.

b. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material related to this contest and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Contest winners and their travel companions will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize valued at $500.00 or greater or which prize includes the provision of transportation, whether or not such transportation is provided by KRKO. Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold KRKO, SR Broadcasting Co, Inc, Skotdal Real Estate, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest.

6. KRKO reserves the right to make changes to the contest which will immediately become effective upon announcement.

7. If the prize is a trip, KRKO is not responsible for air traffic or other travel delays, cancellations, postponements, overbooking or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond its control or for the cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of the event.

8. No Purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.

9. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in the disqualification of a contestant.
